How it works
One choice, made once
One choice per guest
Pick a package for each guest when you book. The two packages mix freely in one party, and children pay 10% less.
Meals taken care of
A package is priced per person per night and puts breakfast, lunch and dinner on the table every day. No menu maths, no bill at the end.
A discount on the rest
Your package percentage comes off your room and off every activity you add, automatically. Prefer it simple? A Night Stay is just the room.

Surf Dream
This is the in-season rate. It is lower for dates an included activity cannot run on.
Built for the guest who came for Scar Reef itself. A local guide reads the tide and the swell for you every morning, the full quiver stays racked by your room, and every meal is already on the table.

Night Stay
The room only. Breakfast, meals and activities chosen freely afterwards, whenever you feel like it.
Add it per guest at booking, or decide at the restaurant once you are here.
Guiding, lessons, boats and gear added at booking or at reception, at list price.
Coffee, tea and water all day, bonfire evenings, the beach tennis court and the slackline on the sand.

Good to know
What we ask of you with the gear and in the water, and how a package behaves on your bill. The full legal text lives in our terms and conditions.
Boards and equipment
- Surf Dream's quiver, our snorkelling sets and the paddle boards are signed out at reception and stay with you for your whole stay.
- We look the gear over together at pickup and note anything already worn, so it is never yours to answer for.
- Normal wear and tear is on us. Dings, snapped boards, lost fins and lost leashes are repaired or replaced at local cost and added to your bill.
- Rinse boards after each session and rack them out of the sun. Reef booties are provided, and wise at low tide.
- Your own board is welcome. Rack storage is free, it travels on our boats at your own risk, and ding repair can be arranged in the village.
Safety in the water
- Scar Reef is a shallow reef break over live coral. Surf within your level and take the guide's read on tide and swell seriously.
- Ocean activities carry inherent risk and are joined at your own responsibility, as set out in our terms.
- A session moves or waits when weather or safety asks for it. Our guides have the final word on the day.
- Children aged 8 to 13 join water activities with an adult in the water. Under 8 is by special request.
- Travel insurance that covers surfing and water sports is strongly recommended.
How a package is priced
- A package is priced per person per night, for the whole party and the whole stay. Children aged 8 to 13 pay 10% less.
- Every guest takes one: the two packages mix freely in a party, a Night Stay never mixes with a package.
- Your percentage comes off the room and off every activity you add, automatically. Airport transfers are never discounted.
- A seasonal inclusion that falls outside your dates drops off the list, and the price falls with it.
Booking, payment and refunds
- A 50% deposit confirms your stay and the balance is due 30 days before arrival. Inside 30 days, the stay is paid in full at booking.
- Stays start at 2 nights, 3 for the Beach House.
- Refunds follow the seasonal bands in our terms, up to 90% back more than 60 days before arrival.
- Unused nights, meals or activities inside a package are not refunded.
